Kyoritsu KEW 3123A High Voltage Insulation Testers
Kyoritsu 3123A High Voltage Insulation Tester, which is used to measure the value of resistance / resistance of the insulation that wraps the introductory material used in electric cables. Damage to the insulation will result in leakage of electric voltage which can endanger the user.
